Kwik Kar has extended the offer to the customer to honor any commitment previously made if he can produce a receipt of purchase to validate his claim that a "lifetime" warranty exists We would like the opportunity to do business with the customer in the future, the offer still stands

I am rejecting this response because: I have never had to produce the receipt in the pastI no longer know where it isI purchased the life time alignment in late or early The company should have this in their recordsTwo different managers honored the service with out a receipt

I am rejecting this response because: I have never had to produce the receipt in the past. I no longer know where it is. I purchased the life time alignment in late 2012 or early 2013. The company should have this in their records. Two different managers honored the service with out a receipt.
