Dear *** ***, In reviewing our claim file number *** we note that the supplemental repair estimate received from Mr*** body shop was approved and a supplemental payment to the original payment made on March 22, was issued on May 9, for $ The combined payments made to repair Mr*** vehicle total $8,137.89. We further contacted Mr*** yesterday and settled his diminished value claim for $Additionally, the complainant has been provided instructions where to send his rental bill receipts so that that portion of his claim will also be handled We believe all of his claims and concerns have been addressed to date If there is anything further we can do to assist Mr***, please have him contact us and we will promptly address his concerns If there are any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 925-378-5673.
