that never existed and they stole my money. I reported them to my bank and the police. Their emails and phone numbers are disconnected.
Review: This is a fraudulent and non-existing company that lies to people telling them they will handle their bank mortgages for them for $299 per month. They stole my money and never did anything with Bank of America forcing my home into foreclosure. After speaking to BOA they have no record of this company ever speaking to them, in particular [redacted], which is a fake name. They stole $2,392 for 8 months of NON-service, had my house put into foreclosure, had me miss thousands of dollars in mortgage payments, foreclosure, not to mention identity theft. They should be found and prosecuted.Desired Settlement: I want this company found and prosecuted. They stole from so many people and people lost homes because of them. They need to be held accountable.

Review: I applied to refinance through The Loan Consultants, November 2012. Due to disability and a cut in my income. I was told they would work with me to get my mortgage payment reduced. Its now been eleven months and they are still asking for new forms. I send the form in they request and they ask for another form. All of the forms was sent when I started the process in November 2012. Since November 2012, the company has had several turn overs in their employment causing me more delay. I had to pay for an appraisal which the company has NO record of because the employee that requested it is no longer with the company. I was told its MY resposibility to find out who did the appraisal and try to get my money back. The company charges me $199.00 a month, which I was told goes to the employees there because they are volunteers and it pays them. I was also told I am gettting a discount at $199.00. It does NOT even apply to my refinance. I asked them to stop deducting money from my account, which they did not do causing me overdraft charges to my checking account. I feel eleven months is to long and I am being scammed.Desired Settlement: I feel I am entitled to some kind of compensation and I would also like proof that The Loan Consultants is a legitimate agency.
