when [redacted] paid off his loan, I told him its our company policy for him to pick up his title in person, He demanded to have the title mailed to him. I went to my supervisor getting permission to mail his title to him in another state. I was granted that...

permission provided that I explained to Mr. [redacted]
that we would no longer be responsible for that title any longer. Mr. [redacted] agree'd and the title was mailed to him.
This morning. at 9:26 am I received a call from Mr. [redacted] saying he misplaced his title and was trying to receive another title from the state but they will not release it because of the lien, and asked if I would send him a payment receipt showing he paid his loan in full, I agree'd to do this.
