This business advertises everywhere that it is Revdex.com A+ Rated However they are not accredited by the Revdex.com. Very deceptive. I was told a specific origination fee upon signing refinance documents but was then charged more when I closed. This is against the law but they played with the numbers and refused to correct it every time I questioned it. When signing important documents look at the dates and lock in rates....they don't warn you ahead of time when they are going to expire....his exact words were "I'm not your babysitter". Closing did not happen by the expiration date that was listed even though I sent them all the documents they asked for immediately. They change all the numbers and dates around until your head is spinning. They insist on a title company that charges outrageous rates for a refinance. I sent the charges to a reputable title company and they were shocked. Customer Beware!!
