I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern,Not only was the response from Lobby in regards to this complaint but I know for a fact there are cameras in this restaurant/loungeThe response was inaccurate on so many different pointsThe hostess never showed me any vapor when I returned downstairs as the response from the lounge is stating which is a lieThe hostess “ Christine” admitted upon exit that she accidentally gave my vape away to the wrong person after had already speaking with me and seeing my face upon entrance when “ Lissette” the bouncer advised me that Christine would keep my belonging safeNot only that, but I myself went up to Christine to make sure she knew what I looked like and stated upon leaving the lounge that I would come pick up my belonging.So to state that she showed me one and I declined because it wasn’t mine is and a lie.She openely admitted to giving my vape, my belonging away to the wrong person.First and foremost who in the world would have known my vape, my belonging was behind the front desk unless I was being watched?Only the Hostess Christine and the Bouncer Lissette knew my belonging, my vape was in the front desk.Christine also assured me face to face that my belonging would be kept safe with her.When I went to pick up my belonging upon exit, she stated she accidentally gave it away to the wrong person, openly admitting she made an error on her end.This is a fault on the staff, not me as the customer.I also have been to lobby several times and this is an absolute disgrace.The manager Carlos was right there when the hostess admitted to giving my vape away to the wrong personMy point is, how would anyone but her and the bouncer know it was at the front desk?Who would go to ask for my vape without knowing it was behind the desk?So there are only two things that could have happened , either the hostess gave it away to the wrong person as she stated over and over and admitted to OR she stole it and kept it for herself and knew the lounge policy so knew she would get away with it.Either way now the response is falsified so I know there is something fishy and unacceptable taking place.Either the owner is covering for his staff or the staff themselves wont take ownership for what has happened.I would like the cameras to be ran for this date

Thank you for contact us to explain the details related to complain assigned with ID [redacted]We really appreciate each of our customers.  In the front desk, we do not have space to storage customer’s personal items. When we find any prohibited, hazard, dangerous or unallowed item, we...

strongly recommend to our customers to return those items to their cars to avoid any damage or risk to be lost.We do very few exceptions especially in winter when weather is bad and keep some items under the desk. This happened the day of the complaint. Our hostess kept under the desk a customer vape (electronic cigarette or similar) because customer didn’t want to returned to her car.When customer left our premises, said that the item was not the same. Our hostess had no arguments to support that the vapor was not the same one. Our hostess never were accused of stole any property as this complaint suggest.Unfortunately, as the signs at the entrance says, we are not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items since customers are not supposed to bring certain items.
