Company is using my business address on their website and EDDM mailers causing us to sort hundreds of pieces of their mail daily.
The company which operates under the name The Local House Buyers used to have a mail box at or *** 2 different times. The mailbox has been expired for a year but they continue to send out Advertisements using our address as their return address. Our address is also listed on their website thelocalhousebuyers.com.
We get 20-100 pieces of their junk mail returned to us daily that we then have to sort and throw away as we are putting up our paying customers mail.
They have essentially been falsely using our address as their own for about a year now and on both their website and advertisements.
I have called several times to try an correct the issue but am always blown off or never get my calls returned
I am seeking one years back pay on mailbox rental as we have been sorting their mail for free for a year now and I would like the return address changed on all future advertisements sent out and the address on their website/***/etc changed ASAP.
& I have already solved the miscommunication as I thought I was already paying for the mail box but I was not.
We spoke on the phone two weeks ago and I paid for another year worth of service with him.
