This above referenced complaint by [redacted] ***, a resident at The Seasons of Carmel Apartments, has been addressed with him personally during a phone conversation on June 6, 2016.The issues that Mr [redacted] is concerned about in his statement are:Drafts coming in causing the electric bill to increase. aDuring our phone conversation, I requested that he set up an appointment with the maintenance team to look into this matter further. Apartment is dusty, causing Mr [redacted] to replace the air filter monthly.aThe Seasons of Carmel does routine air filter changes for each apartment quarterly; however this can be done more frequently by request. Water intrusion under patio door on June 4, 2016.aThe community manager followed up on this event and sent a contractor to conduct a moisture reading n June 9, A slight increase in moisture was present and two large fans were to dry the areas out completely.bThe patio door is under warranty and the manufacturer was contacted on June 9, We have not yet been able to set up an appointment with that company, but are following up again today to get an inspection on the door and find a solution. Vehicle towed on June 5, 2016.aThe Seasons of Carmel requires all vehicles parked in resident-designated parking areas to be permittedThis had been communicated to our residents multiple times via email, and there is signage at each entrance to the community stating this policyThe vehicle that was towed did not have a permit and was towed according to policy.The requested settlement from Mr [redacted] is for compensation, a rent credit on the current apartment, or a rent credit on a new apartment at The SeasonsIt is our policy to address all concerns and to provide solutions and that is what we are providing to this residentWe enforce policies as they are in place for the benefit of our residents and community, and intend to continue this practice fairly to all residents.Please let me know if I can provide additional information.Sincerely,Suzanne P [redacted] , CPMRegional Vice PresidentBarrett & Stokley Management, LLC, agent for owner

This above referenced complaint by *** ***, a resident at The Seasons of Carmel Apartments, has been in the process of being addressed but was delayed over the holidays Ms*** sent photos of the items damaged in the closet shelving incident to the community manager at the time of her
initial request for reimbursement and there appear to be damaged items as shown in the photos - 1) a glass bottle which appears to be similar to a perfume bottle (estimated value $50), 2) a Precious Moments figurine (estimated value $55), and 3) a 3-slot black wooden picture frame (estimated value $25)The total estimated va lue of the items pictured is $and we would offer this amount as reimbursement to replace these items if that is agreeable with Ms*** The garage credit in the amount of $was applied to Ms***'s account on 1/ 1/as promised by the community manager and currently shows as a credit on the account which can be verified by Ms*** if she logs into her account Please let me know if I can provide additional informationSincerely, Suzanne P***, CPM Regional Vice President Barrett & Stokely Management, LLC, agent for owner

I asked for $and now had to do research on exact amounts because I was told prior I would get no refund by management. I will accept $no less.
