Did not finish grooming my dogs but charged full price! Treated dogs poorly!! The owners daughter groomer my dogsShe came into my house and told me she could not finish grooming one of them because of behavioral issues! Not one groomer I have ever used had told me this!! She also told me she had to use a muzzle [redacted] is around lbsand the sweet dog everNever had a problem with himI come to find out the groomers daughter doesn't like to groom dogs!! She also brought her dog with her in the van while grooming my two dogs which probably caused a problem if there was oneI called [redacted] the owner and her mother to complain and she yelled at me from the minute she answered the phone!! I asked for my $back but she said no!! I have picture of what my dogs look like after being groomed and I also have other people coming forward now saying they did the same to themCharged them but didn't finish grooming
