Complaint Information: Received your letter dated 7/10/today is 7/14/Mr*** and I agree to disagree regarding damage to the carpet inside and out of his rental unit around corner to elevator door(10-12')I take responsibility for not contacting Mr*** right away after
finding out about the damageI contacted his movers and sent them pictures of the damageThey said they would take care of it with the tenantI should of followed up with the tenant, but I forgot about the whole issue until he called looking for his security depositWhich states in the lease that the unit is to be returned in the same condition as receivedI apologized to the tenant for not contacting him and explained what had happenedHe didn't feel there was damaged enough to hold back his deposit, hence "We agreed to disagree."
