Loclife failed to ship/deliver an order that I paid for. I am now trying to get my money back but I am not receiving any response from management.I have been a customer of Loclife for about a year now and havr always received great service when I lived in ** and when I moved 2nd started ordering products online. Unfortunately this has not been the case with the last three orders I purchased. I have either received the products late because they forgot to ship them or I have had to call numerous times just to check on the status of my order leaving messages but not receiving return calls. This was the case with an order I placed on December 27th. After placing and paying for my order, calling twice to check on the status of my order, and even having the person I spoke to tell me that they neglected to ship my order the first time, I still have not received my product. I requesting a refund and was told that a manager return my phone call to handle this. To this date no one has returned my phone call, I have not received my products, nor have I received my refund.Desired SettlementFull refund immediately.Business Response According to UPS tracking, the customer's package was delivered on 1/21/14. I spoke to her and confirmed that she had the package. The client stated that she still desired a refund that she would return the products. We agreed that she would ship the unopened package as "return to sender" on Friday 1/24/14 and we would gladly issue her refund upon receiving them. On 2/01/14 I called and left a voice mail, mainly to reassure her that we do fully intend to issue her refund, I asked the customer to contact the store to provide tracking number, so that I could determine when she could expect her refund. She returned my call and stated that UPS showed the package as being delivered to the return address. Due to the severe inclement weather in the area over the past few weeks, the package was actually still sitting at the nearby UPS store. We retrieved it today, 2/19/14 and issued the client a refund for the products and shipping.Consumer Response I received my full refund from Loc Life and am satisfied with the outcome of this case.
