Horrible experience dealing with the owner of the companyThere was an alleged situation with my dog who has been boarding at this facility for approximately yearsAccording to the owner, my dog chewed thru a fence, causing damageHowever, when I asked for explicit proof (i.eI am aware this facility has cameras installed) owner only stated the dog was left unsupervised and that there were 2-other dogs in that vicinityThen owner changed her story to say someone saw my dog do it Again, when I asked for proof owner showed me the damage, but no evidence as to what caused itHere is an important fact: I checked my dog and there is nothing indicating mouth injuries, which would corroborate the alleged chewing incident In order to avoid litigating the matter I tried to explained to the owner that, as an attorney, I understood it would take more money on both sides to take this matter to court then to pay for the damages ($75.00) I also tried explaining that even a lay person would require proofAt this point, the Owner became extremely rude and told me I was threatening her She stated we have been told our dog has a destructive natureThe problem is that we have never been told such thingIn fact, just like week I asked if everything was okay with my pet's behavior and I was told "yes."Though my dog is big that doesn't make him destructive I even tried explaining to the owner that my dog has gotten sick while boarding at the facility, and I have documentation from a vet showing so, though I have never brought it to their attentionSo there is no ill intent against her or her company; though they could have been liable in the past as my dog has gotten hurt under their supervision before Though I have already paid the monies I have the need to complaint about the way I was treated by this business ownerGiven my profession I am accustomed to dealing with many people, and I can be very objective when it comes to specific situationsThis time, I was not given an opportunity to express my position; and I FELT BULLIEDI was literally in tears as I left the place Perhaps the owner felt she had to proof her point, but she crossed a lineIf my dog did in fact caused any damage I would have no issue owning up to itInstead, all I have left is writing this letter to youI have never written a bad complaint about anyone; so I am not sure what steps will or could be taken I just hope something can be done about the owner's rudeness and unwarranted behaviorThank you for your attention in this matter

Horrible experience dealing with the owner of the company. There was an alleged situation with my dog who has been boarding at this facility for approximately 2 years. According to the owner, my dog chewed thru a fence, causing damage. However, when I asked for explicit proof (i.e. I am aware this facility has cameras installed) owner only stated the dog was left unsupervised and that there were 2-3 other dogs in that vicinity. Then owner changed her story to say someone saw my dog do it. Again, when I asked for proof owner showed me the damage, but no evidence as to what caused it. Here is an important fact: I checked my dog and there is nothing indicating mouth injuries, which would corroborate the alleged chewing incident.

In order to avoid litigating the matter I tried to explained to the owner that, as an attorney, I understood it would take more money on both sides to take this matter to court then to pay for the damages ($75.00). I also tried explaining that even a lay person would require proof. At this point, the Owner became extremely rude and told me I was threatening her. She stated we have been told our dog has a destructive nature. The problem is that we have never been told such thing. In fact, just like week I asked if everything was okay with my pet's behavior and I was told "yes."Though my dog is big that doesn't make him destructive.

I even tried explaining to the owner that my dog has gotten sick while boarding at the facility, and I have documentation from a vet showing so, though I have never brought it to their attention. So there is no ill intent against her or her company; though they could have been liable in the past as my dog has gotten hurt under their supervision before.

Though I have already paid the monies I have the need to complaint about the way I was treated by this business owner. Given my profession I am accustomed to dealing with many people, and I can be very objective when it comes to specific situations. This time, I was not given an opportunity to express my position; and I FELT BULLIED. I was literally in tears as I left the place.

Perhaps the owner felt she had to proof her point, but she crossed a line. If my dog did in fact caused any damage I would have no issue owning up to it. Instead, all I have left is writing this letter to you. I have never written a bad complaint about anyone; so I am not sure what steps will or could be taken.

I just hope something can be done about the owner's rudeness and unwarranted behavior. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
