Good Afternoon Mr***, After reviewing your claim and the supporting material in regards to CFI Incident 17-511-we are unable to reverse the decision made by Robert L***. As Robert indicated in the later dated 4/20/there is no evidence that the damage to the vehicle occurred while parked with guest valet. I understand that this is not an ideal resolution to this matter and am available if I can assist you any further Thank You

The investigation has not concludedAn officer told me you will be providing a copy of the tape to him on MondayNot sure why you are making such statements on the Revdex.com site as wellVery sad to see how little these situations matter to youIt’s pretty obvious you have a major lapse in security and some personnel issues, and should use this situation as something to learn and improve on for future guestsUntil I see that sort of responsibility taken by hotel ownership and management, I will continue pressing the issue and making it as public as possibleManagement and hotel security have been absolutely horrible to work with and do not take their accountability in the possession of guests property seriously at all

This claim was investigated by the Summit County Sheriff's office, their investigation could not substantiate Mr. [redacted]'s claims.  In his report to the Sherriff's office Mr. [redacted] does note that there was no damage to his vehicle, possessions inside the vehicle and nothing is missing from...
