The Loft Athletic Club

Overall I would say it's a decent gym. However, the trainer I had, Ricky *** is extremely inappropriate, disrespectful, and condescending. He has texted me for hookups with my friends. And shared way too much bout his personal life. Which made me very. uncomfortable. He has called me cussing me out for a simple misunderstanding. So unprofessional. He is unstable . He took my payment last week after hounding me. Then After berating me for not knowing how to do a specific workout, canceled my training. I had to go through upper management to find a resolution, which I am still not happy with. He is a liar, a cheat, and a scammer. If this is the type of person that the loft will employ, beware! This person and their character reflects poorly on the loft as a business and brand.
