iv'e used this magenta mortgage copany and wasent happy at all with the *** tactic that they used on me the tactic was that they have the right to send a third party inspector to see if the work was being performed this is a clause that was in the contract that I did not agree to they snuck it in after I had signed the main papers
[redacted]. I signed a contract with them for a six month construction loan in the amount of $177. There was to be a roll over, automatic upon occupancy. I completed the project within the six month time frame and obtained occupancy. Magenta failed to provide the necessary roll over mortgage. I paid them 9.5 - 12% interest only payments. [redacted]. I have all of the proof of what they did. I need someone to stop them.
