past. I stated to him that I had been trying to call him for more than 2 months yet not once did he return me calls, regardless of his "situation". My repair work has been redone, I am finished with Plumbing Plus. At this time, my complaint, ID 10773986 regarding Plumbing Plus (Frank R[redacted] & Joe R[redacted]) has been resolved.
