These people are a group of crooks and goonsI purchased their silver package for $USD and proceeded to request conceptsUpon delivery, I was able to choose a concept that I liked and have it revised so that it could fit my likingAfter a few revisions, I had some designs that I was happy with but decided to take a step back and work on other parts of launching my business in the hopes that I could come back to the logo and make my final decision at a later date This proved to be the worst decision that I could makeAfter getting everything done in regards to launching the business, I came back and requested to get the final design files of one of my designs(Note that I had not requested this earlier, as this is the final step and essentially what you need in order to put your logo on business cards, signs, etc.) They would not provide me with the final designs and told me that I would need to pay an additional $in order to have the logo recreated and sent to meThey said that it was because they were under new management and had deleted all the old files since the last time that I had contacted themSo essentially I paid $for nothingI have no way of getting the files to work with and they are adamant about their policy of charging me $to have the files remade These guys are a jokeI spoke to them over the phone and emailed them only to get the same responseCustomers beware! These guys can employ very shady practices and leave you with no options for justice
