I received an email stating I have a Loot Crate being shipped, and I did not order anything. No response from phone or website cust svce
I didn't order anything from Loot Crate. No billing information, no account provided. Tried to contact company with no response.

Desired Outcome

Cancel any subscription, any account, any billing as they were never authorized.

The matter was resolved as there was no indication of the type of purchase or the item purchased, leading in question of fraudulent activity.

The company Loot Crate finally responded. If it was not for the company that the item was originally purchased, I never would have known.

The complaint is resolved.

Shipments are going out end of July through mid-August. Still waiting for a November '19 crate in August. Yet they are still actively selling crates.

Desired Outcome

I just want what I've paid for already, cancel any future subscriptions/crates, and wash my hands of this company that makes me want to pull my hair out!

You can keep track of your shipment in your accounts page, by locating your crate and click on See Shipment Info. The most up to date estimated shipping status will be available for your shipment under Upcoming Shipments.

As a reminder, once your crate has shipped by the last ship date above, you will receive an email with the tracking link within 24-42 hours. We know this delay is not the ideal experience, but we promise it's worth the wait! If you need to make any changes, please let us know as soon as possible.

Could not cancel my subscription, waited a year, now sent to wrong address.
I ordered a crate for my son for Christmas 2019. The crate did not come and was delayed due to "supply" issues. I tried to cancel my subscription, but the company does not offer a phone number or way to chat with a human. Their online site only allowed me to stop the auto-renewal. After almost a year of waiting, and with my family having moved to another state during the delayI finally recieved notice my crate was being shippedbut to the wrong address. I immeditley tried to contact customer care and attached an image of my accoutn showing the right address. Again, you are only able to fill out a form online. I recieved a response back and a link to due a change of address with the US post officewhat a joke. I will not recieve the first crate as Fed Ex does not forward which is how it was delivered. Since they are behind they already shipped my second crate....and you guess it wrong address. I also will not recieve that crate. I would like a full refund of my money....but again there is no way to speak to anyone so I have to make all of my request via an online form. This has been a horrible experience .

Missing shipments
Like others I signed up for this subscription service and prepaid in full in advance. I am due two more subscription boxes that were supposed to be shipped in February and April. Neither have shipped nor have I received an eta on the shipping. I have contacted the company and I get these same generic emails saying due to high volume responses are taking longer than anticipated. The missing boxes no longer show up on my account as pending shipments. I paid for these boxes and just want what I paid for or a refund.

Desired Outcome

I either want the missing subscription boxes delivered or a refund if the company cannot fulfill their obligations.

This does nothing to resolve the issue. An apology and saying we are doing our best but not detailing what is being done means absolutely nothing. I paid for a full years subscription in full last May. The company needs to fulfill their end of the agreement and deliver my two remaining crates or give me a refund.

No because it has been more than a few weeks late...more like months late. These cookie cutter response that do not provide any resolution are joke. Insert generic apology...blah...blah...COViD...blah...blah...generic apology, The crate was late before COVID happened. I just want my items delivered or a refund...enough excuses.

I didn't revieve my full 6 mos. Subscription. They will not refund or replace my 2 missing boxes.
I ordered a 6 mos subscription for the Gamer Crate in 2019. I recieved 4. I have reached out several times regarding this. At first I was told a delay and then was told they would credit me 2 boxes if I signed up for an additional 6 mos. Subscription.
I asked for refund they said they can't give me one. I said then send me 2 boxes and they said they have to check their inventory.
It has been several weeks and I still have not received satisfaction for this.
I paid for product I have not recieved. It was not shipped and they are not resolving this but recommend I purchase more product from them to get my product they already owe me.

Please refund me for 2 mos. Of subscription.

This was already mentioned by our Support team but as far as refunds go, we are legally prohibited by a court order from refunding any purchases made on or before August 11, 2019 when we filed for chapter 11. The best way to potentially get a refund for those orders is by seeking to dispute or reverse the charge through your bank or credit card company. Yes you have told me you can't refund. You have also said you would look at current stock and replace with this year' crate. I still have not recieved confirmation that was done. Instead I keep getting we are still looking at inventory.

If you cannot refund, send me 2 crate boxes. I know you have them because you advertise constantly on social media.

I have been in contact with your customer service on a regular basis since June. I keep being told that you are waiting for the correct department to get back about inventory. I have called, emailed and texted several times.
I have even been told the only way I can get my money worth is to sign up for a new membership, pay another $200 and then get a credit for missing boxes. I am not giving your company more money to get what I already paid for.

I bought the my hero limited crate literally over a year ago on july 15th 2019 and have yet top receive it. Get bs reasons why it hasn't arrived.
I bought my crate on July 15th of 2019 and paid in full for it and yet to receive it. I've sent 3 customer services tickets and each time got a round about excuse for why I haven't received it.

I would like my product that i purchased over a year ago. maybe some compenstation too you can't just take over *** from someone for thta long with nothing to give.

they finally gave a tracking numer after I filed the complaint. It doesnt cover taking my money a year in advanced for a product and the poor communication. And the box arrived in extremely poor condition
