Review: We stayed at the Lord Culpeper on October 11, 2014. That evening at about 10 o'clock we had noticed roaches all throughout the room. I have photographic and video proof of this. We decided that we could not stay in that room. We went down and spoke with the manager Lisa and told her why we were leaving and asked for a refund. She said she couldn't refund us that night because the money had already been deposited. She took down our name and address and promised to send a check out on Monday. After a week without receiving a check we called and she said that she forgot to put a stamp on the envelope and I got returned. A week later her excuse was that her daughter has been in the hospital. A week after that she said she has been out of town. The excuses keep coming and we still have yet to receive our money.Desired Settlement: Pretty much I just want my money back but I also think somebody should know that they have roaches.
