Lory of Augusta does not understand how to honor contractual agreements.
Billing Adjustment Lory of Augusta breached the lease agreement more then four times. Most recently I was sent the bill for rent in the amount of $785.24 due for this month . However when I went online to pay this amount it had been changed to $945.24. Lory of Augusta has received my notice to vacate but are now trying to get extra money out of me. This is not the first time they have illegally adjusted the amount that I owe in effort to gain more of a profit. This is a fraudulent scam and has been reported

Lease expired on 2/28/18. Effective 3/1/18 the monthly rent increased to $755 and $150 month to month fee (per renewal letter). Resident charged $5.00 trash, $31.09 and $4.15 service fee on 3/1/18. On the 6th of the month, charged $50 late fee (per lease agreement) for a total owing of $995.24. Partial payment of $785.24 received certified mail on 3/9 - payment was posted leaving balance of $210.00.
