To whom it may concern.We at The Lost Abbey thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint With our apologies first and foremost as this is the first time we have had a chance to respond in this matter We searched our records and show no record of [redacted] transacting [redacted] through the [redacted] sale which we canceled We also cross checked our Nexternal platformand could not find a transaction there under that same name It is possible that Mr [redacted] purchased beer through [redacted] but perhapshe used another name to complete the transaction as his original complaint lists "our order was completed for $246."Immediately following the [redacted] sale, we contacted [redacted] and canceled the sale due to a use error that resulted in the item beingsignificantly oversold We contacted the patrons through email, social media and on our website- http://lostabbey.com/duck-duck-gooze-apology/At no time during this process did we ever possess the funds which were processed through [redacted] and to the best of our knowledge refundedto all participants of the cancelled sale Also I personally made an apology to [redacted] which Mr [redacted] for the language that was usedin describing the necessity to cancel all the sales We are able to honor Mr [redacted] original purchase if he is interested in completing this purchase at this time.Should there be any need to further communicate about this matter please do not hesitate to contact me.I would appreciate confirmation that this reply constitutes a timely and completed reply to the original complaintso that we can consider this matter to have been resolved.Thank you for your attention in this matter
