On 6/I contacted Northside inquiring of the price of a simple tuneup.they told me they could not give me an exact price be cause each vehicle is different The following morning 6-14-my husband dropped the van off at 8a.mat approximately 2:I received a call saying my van was ready,I asked again how much it was and she said it was $plus taxWhen we picked up the van the girl inside took my payment of $and told me my van was running rough because a wire was bare and that they do not do wiringThe only thing they did was spark plugs $a piece and spark plug wires $and then lobor for hours $Now days later my van is barely running I just wanted a tune up which I thought included checking or changing oil and plugs
