I'd like to update this complaint We finally got the photos Although they were six months late and not in the format the agreed upon, we are very happy with them The product ultimately was what we wanted, although the photographer stopped communicating with us about three months after the shoot and never apologized for the extreme lateness of the delivery, absence of communication, or use and abuse of my parents farm for a subsequent photo shoots I would not recommend her because of the way she runs her business, but she does quality work and did finally come through for us.Best, - [redacted] ***
