Terrible customer serviceOrdered items online Nov 2015, waited ONE YEAR to receiveThroughout the year was "updated" via their website blog time of a ship date guaranteed by the end of June Any attempts at contacting them for an update or expressing concern were responded to (many, many days later) with form letter "thanks for your patience" and excuses blaming shipping delays from chinaThey have also promoted exclusives at conventions where they have just flat out not shown up

Ordered Items from them on Black Friday It is now Oct still have not received anything from that orderOne of the items I ordered when they received a small shipment in rather then sending out stock to allocated pre-orders, they sold it at san diego comic con so customers that were at the con were able to purchase themI also joined the Super Double Diamond Club which they charged 250$(includes shipping) for the year you would get a list of items from them
