I am extremely surprised that this company was given an A+ rating by the Revdex.comI have never dealt with such a poor company in my LIFEI am still uncovering things that are a surprise to me
When I signed up I told the sales person that I needed the day billing cycle and that the company that I was with was charging about $for each transaction that I make using the cardHe did explain that the company charged $per year billed at $per month to use the cardThat seem better to me, BUT what he neglected to mention is that the company charges a $invoicing fee PER transaction and also that the standard term is not days but days
In addition this company does not have a clue about customer serviceI had a problem with a Repin the billing department that was clearly rude to me and when I got her supervisor on the line she was just as badWhen I asked her for the email address for her boss she simply didn't give it me
The reps there keep asking you to talk to your main sales person for information that should be standard or at least be available where they can quickly look up the informationYou are past from department to department for answers that should be simple
I saw another post on here where someone was surprised that in a world with so many options a company like this can actually run their business like thisI completely agree
I guess the thing to do is reply to negative posts with an apology and your Revdex.com rating will still stay A+ whether you accept the response or notTrust me save your self the hassleStay Away!
Our office just received a cold call from a Comdata representative, claiming to be contacting us on behalf of one of our clients (whom they named!), asking if we accepted credit card payments toward our invoices I told him we only accepted cash or bank EFTs, and not credit He then said, "Well, is it possible that we could help you with that?" No, they can't, and given everything I've read about them, they won't "help" us any time in the foreseeable future I don't know how they manage to get an A+ rating with the Revdex.com, but our company does not do business with other companies that have to resort to cold-calling us It reeks of desperation
Last month, (Feb '15), my card was compromised and a new card shipped to my home addressWhen I called Comdata to see why my payroll hasn't been going to my other card, which I setup online, I got the runaroundFinally, they tell me how to correct the problem and tell me to call back after the manual DD is setup so they can make it activeSince I'm on home time and have time to do it finally, I called Comdata and asked for my account to become activeThe person I talked to could barely speak any English and was rude and disrespectfulThen I find out it will take weeks before anything is doneI am not impressed with the way this company handles its businessI don't have a choice but to deal with these people as my comany uses them for payrollOverall Experience would be rated -if I could
We were quite unsatisfied with their services and especially their billing practices. We would quite often be hit with a several hundred dollar "late fee" on a bill that was paid on time through their web system. Usually, the late fee was 1/3 to 1/2 the total bill with no explanation as to how the charges were accruing. Repeated attempts to my account rep Josh M[redacted] would be ignored. Requests to have the billing terms explained were ignored. It was a overall a poor experience.
