I am rejecting this response because: Eddie had promised me my full refund right away and when I was on my way to his shop he said he had to go the bank. I waited all day. No refund. And still to this day I have not received my refund of 120.

Review: I was promised a refund of 120 by Eddie the tattoo artist for doing a bad job on me and my fiance tattoo and never received it. He admitted he messed up and promised me my full refund but told me he would refund me but yelled at me & said he will do it when he gets ready or every time I tried to meet up with him he would say he has to go to the bank or an excuse so that I don't get my full refund. He had did a terrible job on our tattoo and admitted it he did and I just don't want any issues. Just my full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of 120 that was promised to me for doing a terrible job on me and my fiance tattoo that half way erased and didn't look nothing like the picture I wanted to be tattooed.
