THE ABOVE CUSTOMER HAD PLACED AN ORDER ON LINE FOR THE LAPTOP CASE TOTALING $41.33 WE HAD EMMAILED THE CUSTOMER THAT IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT HE DID NOT RECEIVE OUR RESPONSE. ON 2/**/15 WE WENT AHEAD AND VOIDED OUT HIS ORDER SO THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT HAVE A CHARGE N HIS [redacted] CARD. THANK YOU.

I have not to date received any communications from the store on my merchandise and I have contacted them twice via email on the whereabouts of the merchandise or any type of status available. Again, to date I have not received any contact or confirmations from the business to explain where we stand in the process.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my merchandise as soon as possible. I ordered the bag because I liked what was presented and want to use it in my daily life. I would like to at least be notified on the status and given the opportunity to decide whether I want to continue to wait for the mechandise or request a refund.

Review: I ordered a laptop carrier from [redacted] on Christmas day 2014 and still have not received it. I never got a shipping notification or tracking information on the product. I've e-mailed their customer service center 3 times with no response. I used their webpage to complain twice before e-mailing them, so I do not have the dates of the first two times I contacted them.Desired Settlement: I am very upset that they have not delivered an item I payed for and are now ignoring me. I feel like I've been stolen from. I'd like the laptop carrier, and if possible some sort of discount for making me wait a month and totally ignoring me. A refund at the very least would suffice.
