Review: Hello, I purchased service from this company through groupon for $159. When I redeemed the voucher I was given the option to purchase the service for 3 more sessions at the same groupon price at which I accepted. I used the groupon voucher and redeemed my 3 sessions, however when I continued to call the business to schedule the additional 3 services purchased at the time of the first visit, the phone lines rang out. When I did get a hold of someone they rushed me off the phone with no resolution. They also were fully booked for months and months in advance. I became frustrated with this practice and decided to call for a refund. There was no answer on their contact number ###-###-#### for days. I left messages for a call back from the manager or accountant department to get my refund that was charged since 2/**/2013. It is now 5 months later and nothing has been done and I'm out of $159. .Desired Settlement: I want a refund ASAP and a courtesy phone call from the manager/owner to confirm.
