This business is advertising using fresh and local ingredients including a local bread company and local vendors for fresh produce supplied by local farmers. This is completely not true. The owner has been buying supplies from [redacted] and other local grocery stores. I have seen myself the owner walking in with items from [redacted] the employees that work there can also verify as well as local vendors he claims to use. In addition this company keeps advertising on [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and other sites that all ingredients all fresh and local. My complaint of this false advertisement is that he states supporting local farmers and this is just false.Desired SettlementI would suggest the owner [redacted] change his advertising to the truth it is very misleading to consumers, whom want to support local farmers and business.Business Response As to her complaint more then happy to supply all receipt from our local vendors. Our vendors do try to get local produce when at all possible. Our main goal is to only buy from our local vendors and not out of state distribution companies. Now this is a sad case of a very challenged women see has gone after me many times, her multiple complaints on [redacted] and been not recommended reviews and in one case completely removed for violations of [redacted] policies. This sad women is not even a customer as see is not aloud in my store, staff has instructions to call [redacted] PD for trespassing.I truly nope this poor sad women gets the help that she needs, this all started from a auto accident involving one of my children. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Completely inappropriate to make this about my character and would request to see all receipts this company has with proof of only local vendors and local produce being used. It's easy to make this a personal attack when it's actually about false advertisement of only local products being used at this location. Yes please supply all receipts from local vendors, proving local produce and products being used.
