I ordered the free trail on some skin care products and paid the shipping. I had 14 days to cancel and I could never get through until after they charged my account $195.81 Only then I could get through to cancel my account and yet they are refusing to refund my money. I don't have that kind of money laying around!

I still have not received my reimbursment from the company

I purchased the trial offer based on watching Lori g*** and her recommendation. I purchased the ttrial offer was charged immediately 98.41 which was not alas advertised. Contacted customer service to request a refund and was hung up on. Called back and asked to speak to a supervisor then was hung up on again. Called 2 more times asked for a supervisor and still h7ng up on. Have not received the product but yet they took the money from account. Was contacted by the company and the rep asked was my issue resolved and I told her I was h7ng up on and issue not resolved. She said have a nice day and hung up on me. I want my refund and will never deal with this company again and future customers need to know not to deal with this company.

I saw an add for a free trial of Collagen Serum, Hydrofirm AM PM moisture and Lip volume. With the free trial I paid only for shipping. Fourteen days later we noticed a charge against our bank account for about $200. I called the band and contested the charge and I called Luxia customer service. I was told after 14 days I was charged for the original product sent for my "Free trial".
The other problem I had was that the group from "Shark Tank" was supposedly approving the product/company. For this reason I did not think it was a scam. To date I have received many more advertisements with the same with pictures of Shark Tank on the heading and their picture. I have tried to notify Shark Tank but am unable to do so. I think they should be aware that this company is using their name and picture.

Regarding the complaint that was received by Patricia Conlon, our position on the matter is below for your review.

As agreed to by the Terms and Conditions of the original order, we send a 30-Day supply of product for the price of shipping as part of a 14 Day Trial, which begins the date of the order. The customer has 14 Days from the date of the order to try the product and decide if they would like to continue receiving it monthly. If they decide that they do not wish to receive the product monthly, all they need to do is call or email our Customer Care center and we are happy to cancel their Trial for them. We did not receive a cancellation request in the 14 Day time frame, so we charged the full price for the product that was ordered.

As a courtesy, we have refunded a total of $217.62 back to the customer.

Please be advised that refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process based on the time it takes for the consumer’s financial institution to process the credit in their system.

I ordered trial product on 9-4-2017 it took 7 days to reach me the trial cancellation is 14 days. I called on 9-18-2017 to cancel and told them not to charge my account. They charged my account anyway.
I called the business 3 times once to cancel and twice to try to reslove the issue and they hung up on me.
They said they guarantee a 4 day shippibg and that if I didnt get it in 4 days I was supposed to call for an extension? I do not know anything about that, I cannot vontrol the postal service. How can I be charged for time in transit I did not have the product for the full 14 days.

I received a partial refund from this compliant. I would still like a full refund.I received $58.46

They billed me from 3 different bank accounts for what I believed was a trial offer. Did not say I had a limited time to cancel and how much I had to pay. The first time I was billed $3.95 ,$4.95 and $2.95 for shipping and handling. Then 7 days after I received those 2 items I go into my account and find they withdrew $98.41 and $97.41 and my bank charges mev70.00 for overdrafts that I had no idea why until I seen the company and the phone number.So I went on the internet and seen all these complaints and calling this company a scam. I emailed this company and they said they would refund my money but I haven't seen any money back in my account and I have emailed them several more times and no response back.

I paid the trial price for each product that I received. I did not receive any other product after or before the 97.41 and 98.41 was taken out of my account. So I do not owe this company any product to be shipped back... I have also filled a claim with my bank because you had no right to charge me for product I did not receive. I already paid you 3.95 plus 4.95 for the trial size plus 2.99 shipping . You need to stop changing your website ad and tell the truth. When I ordered the product I had no idea you were going to double charge my account for the same product. I also want my overdraft fees because you are the reason why I had to pay them.I did not authorize any money to come out of my account that day and I have not received any more product.And it had not been 14 days for cancellation either.

As the customer has already contacted their financial institution to file a dispute, we can do nothing further regarding these charges.

The customer's card provider will ask for information regarding these transactions, to which we will respond with a copy of our Terms and Conditions, a copy of the order page where the Terms and Conditions are clear and readily available, and anything that we may think is pertinent to that specific transaction or account. The customer will then receive notification from the card provider, about whether they have decided to reverse the charges.

Any further communication will be between the customer's card provider and our Dispute Department.

Ridiculous marketing scam that claims it's a free product and then charges nearly $100 per bottle!

I ordered a "free trial sample" of Luxia for 4.95 shipping. My bank fraud dept. contacted me to verify if I had authorized a payment on my debit card totaling over 197.00. The bank gave me a phone number of the Luxia customer service dept. to call and ask for a refund. I returned the product to the address given me over the phone (Phoenix,AZ). Several emails later, another rep gave me a CO address to return the product to. After I had mailed it to the AZ address originally given to me. They received the return Sep.11 at the AZ address according to USPS tracking. Now I am getting the run-around about waiting for a return number or code to put on the package (after they already have it in their possession). I just want a complete refund. This is a scam of the highest order.
