Review: I brought my computer to the Mac Support Store in early September because my computer mouse could scroll over applications but not open items. The initial diagnosis was that a simple software update needed to be done. Three days later I picked up my computer, paid $80.00, brought it home only to find that the same problem still existed.

I brought the computer back and this time the problem was diagnosed as a larger issue that would cost $540.00 to repair. I gave the go ahead for the repair and came back for my computer about a week later. In the store the computer did work, I asked the owner if they had let the computer run over night or turned it on and off to confirm that it was repaired. The owner replied that they did not perform ( in her words) " a stress test" on the computer. I brought the computer home and again it worked for a short period of time and then the initial problem reoccurred. My mouse could scroll over file s and applications but not open anything up. I called the store and the following day they sent a freelance repair specialist to my house. The specialist temporarily fixed the problem and then Again the computer stopped working. That same evening I followed up with the repair specialist on the phone, he remarked that the issue could be an even larger problem, a problem with the computer's logic board.

At this point I was pretty upset, I had spent $620 on repairs and my computer had clearly been misdiagnosed! The initial problem still existed!

I called the Mac support store that same evening and asked to speak to the owner ( this was Thursday Sept. **), I was informed that the owner would call me back that evening, he did not call. I called again on Friday Sept ** and again explained my issue, I was told the owner was not in the store but would call me on Monday Sept **. It is now Wed October *, my computer does not work and I have yet to hear from the store owner.Desired Settlement: My computer was misdiagnosed and the initial problem still exists. I expect a full refund from The Mac Support Store.
