advertisement was for a stiletto knife as shown in video, I received a switch blade, not happy the video specifically showed the stiletto knife being advertised for sale & that's what I payed for, like I said I'm not happy even though the knife is nice I wanted what was being advertised
Review: On December 23 2014 we placed an order (order #[redacted]) from this business and my husband's account was debited on December 24, 2014. I have made many attempts at contacting the company through their 1-800 number and also through e-mail. The gentleman I was told to discuss this with is [redacted]. The 1-800 number is always answered by an answering service and no one ever returns my calls. The company's guarantee on their web site states that all calls and e-mails will be answered within 24 hours. To date I have not received my merchandise and I have not received any response from my numerous e-mails and phone calls. At this point this company has stolen $114.75 from me.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund credited to the credit card that the order was made with or a money order only. I do not trust that a check from this company would be worth it.
Review: Ordered 3 ea of product. My credit card was charged for 3 ea and shipping charges. I rec'd 2 ea. Contacted company multiple times since product was rec'd, regarding the shortage. Messages were taken by answering service personnel and relayed to owner. No reply to date.Desired Settlement: Either receive credit for the shortage OR ship the product that has been paid for and is due.
They failed to ship the product, failed to respond to two phone calls and failed to respond to e-mails.

Review: Back on 11/14/15 The Machete Store shipped a product to me that was not the product I ordered. On 11/20/15 I used their customer service e-mail address to notify them of the issue. On 11/27/15, Michael Poe (Customer Service) sent me an e-mail to clarify the issue was the wrong sheath sent. On the 27th I replied confirming that he had the situation accurately described. I have not heard from The Machete Store again. I have sent several additional e-mails requesting return instructions for the sheath I have no use for, which is still setting here in the original shipping container, and for them to send me the correct sheath. Or return my money or something. I even called their ordering phone number and left a message there about the problem. Since the original note on 11/27/15 I have not received any communications from the company.Desired Settlement: My first desired outcome would be receiving the correct product item and return instructions for the incorrect product as I still have no use for it. If they cannot provide the correct sheath, then I want my money back and they can have this other sheath back.
