I am rejecting this response because: They did not specifically write/admitt to the amount I am to be reimbursed.  I want to be reimbursed for the full amount I have invested, minus the 7.58$ they previously paid me. This amount is $114.63.  It is still my belief, this entire process is a scam.  I want ALL of my invested money back.  I believe they are falsely advertising over the internet, and this is an internet fraudulent situation.  If I do not receive my full refund of $114.63, I will not consider this case closed and will continue with accusations of false advertisement and internet scam.  If I do receive the $114.63, and when I receive it and the check clears, I will at that time consider the case closed.

magnet is extremely simple to make. Review: This was a website, that offered a work from home opportunity via buying their kit. Their website states, no other investment needed, that absolutely everything is supplied. Then when I purchased the kit and a tool (which I found out later, wasn't even needed). I was instructed that glue gun, glue sticks, and paint brush were not included. After becoming approved to make their craft. They send me an invoice to make 10 magnets, and I have to buy all my own paint. This is after spending 12.00$ in postage, $5.00 in 9x12 envelopes. It is also stated that AFTER approval, ALL postage is reimbursed up to $5.00. They did not reimburse my postage both ways, just 2.58 of postage was reimbursed and I spent over $5.00 in postage. They advertise, after buying the kit "All supplies are free with NEC" "No Further Investment Ever" So I bought the kit on their misleading and lying website advertisement. I have spent 79.89 for their kit, which I purchased due to their advertising lies. Then went on to have to spend 42.32 in supplies. After I got paid for the first 10 magnets, and it takes them one month to return everything. I realized, I would never be able to recap or make any money with this company. It is a huge scam. It cost me a total of $122.21 to make back $7.58, and it took them 5 months to allow it. As they controlled the turnaround time frame. I always got my samples and paid magnets turned around in two days and it took them one month to get back to me each time. This is truly a scam!!! (above statement is a short version of what happened due to typing/word restriction) My advise to anyone is not to buy into this work from home scam!! It only costs you money and time. With little to no return. It took me 5 months to make $7.58. Don't waste your money. Scam, Scam, Scam!!!Desired Settlement: The desired outcome for me, would be to have a full refund of $122.21. The $7.58 I worked my butt off to make it. Everything was purchased and done as a result of their false advertising. Therefore, I want a refund, or I may consider filing suit so they are not able to scam anyone else. I can afford the money, but there are people out there buying this company's kit with their last few dollars, trying to find a way to make a living. Buying it on the basis of a lie.

Review: I have tried numerous attempts to contact these people via phone and email in regards to material I purchased. I have all the emails and the follow up email confirming they would send my purchase. Still no response and no receipt of material.Desired Settlement: I want my total purchase refunded back to me and an explanation as to why no one could have kept me up to date on my wares bouts of my purchase.

Review: I purchased a kit from this company back in January. The company has a 7 day return policy, but only if the kit is unused from what I understand. I tried to assemble the product with the kit, but the kit is not as described and impossible to use. The paint is extremely dry and there is by no means enough materials there to make three products as I was told. I have tried contacting the company but no one ever answers. I know that I have been scammed and I would like a full refund due to the fact the product was dried up, not as described, and impossible to use. I could not tell this by only looking at it, but once I opened it and began using it I realized that it was not at all what it was supposed to be. All I want is a refund of my money. I tried every way I knew how to make this kit work, but it is impossible.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my money. I have tried contacting the company for a refund, but they never answer the phone.

Review: This is a website that offers a work from home opportunity by buying their very expensive kit that includes barely anything. I tried making the rosary for them 5 times and failed 5 times. I am a jewelry designer and have been making jewelry most of my life. I thought this would be a fun job. My items looked better than the pictures of the items they have on their website, but yet I always failed. So after failing 5 times, you are aloud to try something new. I tried my hand at the donut magnet sets. I never heard from them through the mail. I emailed them and never heard from them that way either. I called and left messages and nobody has ever gotten back to me. I have been dealing with this since 2013! Plus, every time you send something to them to be evaluated you have to send it in a 9 x 12 bubble envelope and include another 9 x 12 envelope inside that is self addressed to you so they could send your item back to you stating that you failed. With postage and buying 2 envelopes every time you send something in becomes rather expensive on top of the initial start up fee plus very expensive postage that they are obviously making money off of as well, because for the lightweight tiny amount you get, it would NOT cost that much to ship. I just tried calling them again today and there is a message they are on vacation. Even when I do leave a message, nobody gets back to me. No emails are answered. I did more research and see that so many people online are saying it is a scam. Weather it is or not, I would just like a refund of my initial investment plus the postage I paid. Also $18.00 for the postage it cost me to send them 6 finished items. Also $12.00 is cost me to pay for 6 large bubble envelopes. I have not bad mouthed this company anywhere and I don't intend to. I'm just sick of not getting a response from them when I try to reach them. This has been going on since 2013 and 'm turning to the Revdex.com since this company will not get back to me. It's not right. I would like a total reimbursement of the initial kit plus postage and handling plus $30.00 for money spent on postage 6 times and 12 large envelopes. Thank you! Also I see that you have in red capitol letters that there is an alert on tis company. I wish it was there before I ordered. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Full Reimbursement of all of my investment. The initial kit plus postage and handling they charged me plus $30.00 for money spent on postage 6 times and 12 large envelopes. Thank you!
