I have used The Maids of Raleigh for a few years now We have had [redacted] and the Purple Team for most of the time and I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about themThey are always prompt, happy, courteous and they do a great job with my house But most importantly, they are phenomenal with my son who has Autism!!!! [redacted] has a heart of gold and she truly cares for him He actually looks forward to the cleaning day because they are super sweet with him and he feels the genuine care

I have been using The Maids Blue Team with leader [redacted] M, four several years, I am always pleased with the attention to detail and courteousness of [redacted] and the crew

[redacted] and her team, purple team do a fantastic job [redacted] is always on top of things to make sure they are done correctly and to the home owner's satisfaction Her usual team of [redacted] and [redacted] does a great job with their part of the cleaning If there is ever a spot that I need extra attention to, they are always very obliging [redacted] cleans our master bath better than anyone who has ever cleaned it over a period of excess of years I know when the above mentioned three come in the door that the job will be done to the best of their ability and the way that I would want it They are all very cordial and I never hear them speak an ill word towards each other and are always pleasant to me and my husband (he retired end of 2015) Thanks to the Purple team

The maids will try their best to do the bare minimum so be prepared to follow them around and point to everything you want cleanedI had a team of people come to do the final clean before I moved out and ended up paying $to get my cupboards and baseboards cleanedApparently it's extra to pull out appliances, clean window sills and blinds, wipe down walls, light switchesetcAfter calling and complaining I was told I wasn't specific enough about what I wanted cleaned (even though I told them it was the final clean before moving out) and that to do the full clean out it would have cost $(my full damage deposit)I would not recommend the maids to anyoneBetter to do it yourself or find a better company

The office staff here are the rudest peopleThat care about nobody but themselvesThey do not do what is right for the patient/customerThe most unpleasant people I have ever met

I've been very happy with the service The Maids provides They are prompt and reliable, and the whole house looks and feels great when they're done I highly recommend them

*** and the *** team always do a great job *** knows exactly how I like everything and always makes sure everything is done thoroughly She is also a wonderful person and directs her team in a way that makes them excellent at what they do She is a great team leader!

I was moving and ran out of steam. I contacted The [redacted] 1 week prior to my escrow closing and asked if they could get me in, for a heavy clean. They were able to schedule me right away. I had used them in the past and had been very happy with their service and again, they did not disappoint! They did an outstanding job deep cleaning my house and were vey fast!
