Dear Ms***, I am writing to let you know after much research into your cleaning, I am very surprised to hear of any disappointmentOur company prides itself on being the absolute best when it comes to service and satisfactionAfter meeting with our entire staff to discuss your recent
service with us, They were quite shocked to hear you were the least bit disappointedWhen you booked the clean originally, Jenny provided an hourly quote for our service and spent time explaining to our staff to take extra care because you really needed our help and others had turned you downWe did not know it was somewhat of a hoarding situation but after learning our office reached out to you to make sure you would allow us some extra time to complete the work, and you confirmed the additional time and cost would be okayOur team worked diligently to make you happyWe then sent our Branch Manager out to make sure we did all we could in the amount of time you had allowedAt no point did you seem disappointed by our service but actually quite thankfulOur Office staff never received a call after the clean explaining any disappointment or about any missing items Why wouldn't you call us or the police for that matter? You mention you tried to stop payment on the check but it must have already cleared the bank apparently because again we did not even knowSo this is the very 1st time we are being made aware of any of this, your complaint to the Revdex.comWe offer a hour satisfaction guarantee and almost 100% of the time will extend that well beyond a week as our goal is to never let a customer walk away unsatisfiedHowever with that being said it seems to me we should at least be given the opportunity to make this rightplease call us so we can offer some assistance and if their are ANY missing items we would insist on involving the police.
