On 7/24/ I returned a call to MrsShe had left a voicemail earlier that weekend She was looking to have her home cleaned on Monday as early as possible She had stated that she already had another company booked, however they did not have people cleaning and could not arrive until later I reviewed with her that our pricing was hourly and informed her of our hourly rate for a team of persons cleaning She stated we were higher, however what was important to her is that we could arrive earlier and be able to finish the job faster due to the fact we had a person team She stated that her main priority was that the full clean was completed due to her home was being inspected She stated that she might not be home, however Mrwould be there She stated that her home was usually hard to find for people so if they had any issues to contact Mrand gave his phone number When the team got near the home, they too had difficulty finding the home and therefore contacted Mr He stated he was not there and helped direct them to the correct home Mrswas home and let the team inside when they got to the door The team consisted of team members cleaning and the field manager (who was not cleaning) Her job was to communicate with the customer and ensure the quality of the clean The team members began cleaning when entered the home while the field manger began to communicate with Mrsto iron out the details of what she exactly wanted for the clean Customer was not being charged for the field manager’s time at the home Mrwas not home when the team first arrived, however pulled up to the home shortly after and did not come inside He was not there during the clean and arrived back at the home at the very end of the clean When nearing the finish of the clean the field manager went around with Mrsand had her look at everything Mrsstated that everything looked great While this final inspection with Mrswas going on is when Mrarrived back at the home and was outside The field manager was notified that Mrwas the one paying for the clean so she went outside and had him come in and inspect the home as well The field manager stated that he did not do a detailed check like Mrshad, however he stated that it looked 100x better than it looked when he lived there by himself The customer was asking several questions and inquiring about regular maid service The field manager texted the office for a final price when Mrwas inside The team text the office with arrival times and departure times The team arrived at the home at 9:36am and texted for price at 12:pm stating had about min that they were not there that long I told him the only thing I could go by at that moment was to go by the times that the team had texted the office with arrival and the time the text came in for price at the end of the clean When looked this up it was 9:36am to 12:03pm This came to hours and min I told him since the text message came in at 12:for price I would call this the end of the cleaning time and that would only be hours which came to $ Since he had already paid cash I told him I could mail a check back to them for a total of $difference His response was I guess every little quality The customer stated that the windows were not cleaned and under the couch was not cleaned When he called in and spoke with the owner he had stated that one window in the master bedroom was not cleaned and under the couch was not cleaned First, to address the windows: the field manager went over the windows with Mrs It was established that the team was to only clean the insides of the windows There was one window in the master bedroom and it was cleaned on the inside The owner offered to come back out and look at the window and clean it again if needed Customer’s response was I need to talk to Mrsand see what she thinks and if there is anything else she found Never heard back from the customer We will still be happy to return and clean this window again To address the complaint about the floor under the couch Mrshad asked if we can clean underneath furniture The field manger informed her that we clean under furniture that is reachable with our equipment In order to completely clean under the couch it would have to be moved The team is not allowed to move furniture She was informed that if the couch was moved out, then we would be able to clean the floor underneath In order to fully move the couch out to clean the full area underneath a table would also have to be moved Due to size restrictions of the room the table was moved and only one side of the couch was moved forward to clean underneath The team was only able to partially clean under the couch [redacted] The Maids of StLouis County [redacted] **StLouis, MO 63126Office: [redacted] Fax: On 7/24/16  I returned a call to Mrs. She had left a voicemail earlier that weekend.  She was looking to have her home cleaned on Monday as early as possible.  She had stated that she already had another company booked, however they did not have 4 people cleaning and could not arrive...

until later.  I reviewed with her that our pricing was hourly and informed her of our hourly rate for a team of 4 persons cleaning.  She stated we were higher, however what was important to her is that we could arrive earlier and be able to finish the job faster due to the fact we had a 4 person team.  She stated that her main priority was that the full clean was completed due to her home was being inspected.  She stated that she might not be home, however Mr. would be there.  She stated that her home was usually hard to find for people so if they had any issues to contact Mr. and gave his phone number.  When the team got near the home, they too had difficulty finding the home and therefore contacted Mr.  He stated he was not there and helped direct them to the correct home.   Mrs. was home and let the team inside when they got to the door.  The team consisted of 4 team members cleaning and the field manager (who was not cleaning).  Her job was to communicate with the customer and ensure the quality of the clean.  The 4 team members began cleaning when entered the home while the field manger began to communicate with Mrs. to iron out the details of what she exactly wanted for the clean.  Customer was not being charged for the field manager’s time at the home.  Mr. was not home when the team first arrived, however pulled up to the home shortly after and did not come about 5 min left .    The time that came to 2 hours and 31 minutes or 2.51 hours.  This is how the price of $282 was established.  The customer paid cash for the clean prior to the team leaving the home.  The team finished loading the car and departed the home at 12:11pm.  Mr. had called the office and spoke with the secretary.  The owner had made contact with the customer by phone the same day for a total of $12 difference.  His response was I guess every little bit helps.  A check addressed to Mrs. (since we had her contact information due to she is the one who called in and set up the
