I am responding to your letter of the complaint filed by Albert L***Mr*** was offered a credit approval by one of our lenders as it was submitted by my Finance manager who was handling Mr***’s request for creditThe credit score, and his credit history among other factors
of Mr*** is what determined the interest rate of 18% on his credit approvalMr*** declined the loan offer based on his expectation of a lower rateMr*** stated in his complaint that he experienced a repossession of his present vehicle, Paramus Chevrolet is no way responsible for Mr***’s past or present credit historyParamus Chevrolet is in no way responsible for his present vehicle being repossessed simply because lenders do not typically repossess vehicles unless the borrower is days behind on there payments, please keep in mind that the repossession is the lenders decision and NOT Paramus Chevrolet’sTherefore, based on Mr***’s statements I find that his claim is moot and does not merit this complaintPlease feel free to contact me if you need any further explaination

because: You are saying that I need to have a leased car in my house hold in order to get a lease from this dealership and that it is in the small print of the ad wow lets make america great again and buy a toyota or any other in port from over sea.

I am rejecting this response because: I acknowledge that I signed the documents on the fancy new desk top screen and as stated I was with my daughter and...

not paying att because I didn't suspect anything my point is why no one has a record of what was agreed upon and why would I fabricate a story .Unfortunately when speaking with GM they took the same response I signed the contract so to bad .To me its the principal and if I have no other course of action lesson learned let the buyer beware as stated to GM I have been a customer since 1985 which made no difference so maybe it goes to the newspaper to do and editorial and see what public opinion has to say about the dealings with the dealership in the past Thank you for your help[redacted]

I reviewed applicable TV ad and internet offer and both clearly state rules of the GM offer that includes use of available incentives based on competitive lease ownership. Disclaimer is accurate and follows the NJ State advertising guidelines.

[redacted] successfully made a purchase using his Credit Card, but was unable to make a phone call right away leading him to...

becoming unsatisfied and submitting a complaint with your organization, **.[redacted] | wasn't able to use his credit right away as he opened the account during after business hours. Our - normal business hours are from 8am-3pm. After business hours our new customers are asked to wait 23 business hours for their accounts to become activated to start using the VIP service.Our records show that his account was activated on 3/31/2016, 10:30am and **. [redacted] started using his balance on 4/01/2016, 12:34 pm. Please note that we didn't receive any complaint regarding this matter from **. [redacted] prior to him submitting this complaint via the Revdex.com. As of 6/10/2016 our records show that **.[redacted] has been using the VIP service to stay connected with his friends and family back in Ethiopia; evenmore, his last connected call was on 6/3/16 1:25am. Therefore, we believe this complaint could be dismissed as **. [redacted] is using his added credit.We have tried to make contact with **.[redacted] regarding this matter on two occasions but haven't received a response from our customer yet. I have personally contacted him and left a voicemail asking him to please contact me at his earliest convenience, -Please have no doubt that we will resolve this misunderstanding with our customer as soon as we get in contact with him. Customer signed three separate documents evidencing payment of $173 per month for 24 months with 10,000 miles per year.

Customer cancelled two extended contracts. Refunds were processed and the customer was sent checks for $247.58 and $603.00 per the insurance companies cancellation calculation.
