Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I've never been contacted by the Majestic, but I contacted them Monday afternoon July 11th and Tuesday morning July 12th trying to get *** to see Dr*** She was out of the office both times I called and I explained that he was very ill and weak I therefore had to find another vet to take him to, which I did at 10am Tuesday, July 12th***'s giant orthopedic bed was sent with him to lay onSo are you saying he paced the floor the entire time on concrete? I thought the suite was tile? If there was any problem I should have been contacted or my emergency contact should have been called they would have come and picked him up It's not for a giant breed dog to loose pounds while in your care for days I'm not the only pet owner other dog owners are having issues, but mine is more serious he never got over the mistreatment and died.Regards,*** ***

Grooming and Medical Care. We are saddened to hear about the passing of [redacted]. [redacted] was loved and will be truly missed.  [redacted] stayed with us for 8 days. [redacted] did stay in a luxury suite like requested.  [redacted] did have some abrasions on his feet that were looked at.  It appeared that they were due to the hard surface of the luxury suite he was staying in.  The staff was instructed to add extra padding to the suite. We feed [redacted] his own food as instructed by his owner.  There were no know issues addressed while boarding.  We called to check on [redacted] the day after departure, we were told he was fine. We received word a few weeks later that [redacted] had passed away.   Please know that we have and will continue to have gentle handling, love and care for all animals in our care.
