The first purchase [redacted] dated 1/**/2015 has yet to be shipped out. When I called and spoke to [redacted], I was told it was shipped and was given what appears to be a fictitious [redacted] tracking number. Each time that I called, I was assured that the product being investigated by the [redacted], but there seem to be no resolution. Each time I called there is always a run around story, and they NEVER return my call.

With reference to the remaining ( 2 ) orders, I was told the same thing that it is being prepared in the warehouse and I will be receive an email with [redacted] tracking numbers. I have yet to receive anything.

My calls continued to be ignored, and when I do reach someone, I get the run around.Desired Settlement: I hereby am demanding a FULL REFUND or DELIVERY OF ALL MERCHANDISE ordered in a timely manner AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Review: Placed an order online for a set of Meprolight night sights for my PX4 Storm on May **th in the amount of $90.39. It displayed on website there would be at least a two week delay before shipping. I have not received item and I have made several attempts via voicemail and email to resolve the issue but never got a response. I currently have a claim open with my credit card services to try and receive a refund of the amount listed.Desired Settlement: I wish for the Mako Group to help my credit card services to resolve the issue and credit the amount back to the card.

Review: I purchased a MAKO QD(TFLQR) multiple position forward grip. I called Mako due to 3 reasons. First, the button to push to move the forward grip from one position to another, is very difficult to move and requires extreme pressure to change the position. this is not the way that it should be as I have 2 others identical to this and they are not this way. Second, due to the fact that it is a qd mount, you use a lever to attach it to the rail. When you do this there is not a firm contact with the rail as it rattles. Again, the other 2 I have from them do not do this. Lastly, the bottom cap of the battery/storage compartment broke/cracked and I requested a new one. I originally called Mako about this over 2 months ago and I was promised a new one in the mail but that it could be a few weeks. I did not mind waiting, but it never showed up. over the last 2 weeks I have called and emailed with no response. I did call 2 days ago and I let the receptionist know why I was calling and she put me into a voicemail. No call backDesired Settlement: Send me a replacement endcap or preferably a new complete forward grip

Review: Upon ordering an item from the Mako Group, I was charged instantly for the item which was stated to ship between 4-6 weeks (I ordered the item on 11/**/2013). It has now been over 3 months and I have still not received that item in which I have already paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated in the form of store credit for my troubles.

Review: I ordered a set of Meprolight sights from the Mako Group. I have written them four times regarding the status of the product that I purchased and called once. They have received payment the day I ordered them which was August [redacted], 2013. It has been over a month and they have made no effort in contacting me or filling the order. The order number is: [redacted].Desired Settlement: I desire the immediate delivery of my order, an apology for their poor customer service, or a full refund.

The Mako Group will be refunding me the purchase price of the product. I consider the situation resolved with the caveat that I will never do business with them again.

Review: I ordered a fab defense but stock and a fab defense pistol grip and a fab defense angled fore grip on the [redacted] of December 2015. have yet to get items in mail. they told me it was shipped a week ago but never gave me tracking number. I called 3 days later and get a run around and a promise of a tracking number and shipment shipped. tried calling them again and each time I get the same person with same promises. finally sent me a tracking number that cant be tracked . I did say to the customer service lady that I thought I was getting ripped off and she told me the she assures me I am not. then I went here to Revdex.com and see all the bad deals they as in the mako group has done and continues to do.. this is robbery and I want justice and my money back..Desired Settlement: either deliver exactly what I ordered , or a full refund. or I will have to call the attorney generals office and take action.

[redacted] did place in his order on the [redacted] of December of 2015. His two orders were actually placed into our system twice causing duplicate values. Twelve days went by before we could actually ship out his order to the high volume of orders we received for the holiday. The first set of orders were packed up and consolidated into one package for [redacted]'s convenience. The second set of orders was almost shipped out but we caught the error and cancelled the duplicate orders to prevent [redacted] from being charged again for items he only ordered once. [redacted] was issued the tracking number for the order when the label for the package was created. For a label not to be recognized is due to a label being recently created and the time for the shipping systems is a number of hours. The tracking for [redacted]'s package is as followed. [redacted]Based on the tracking information, it shows the package was picked up on Dec. [redacted] 2015. The tracking also shows that the package was delivered on Dec. [redacted] 2015 and that the package was left with an individual. We cannot accept the responsibility of the carriers decision to leave the package anywhere or with whomever is at the destination of the delivery. We would happily work things out with [redacted] to come to a conclusion where everybody is satisfied. Attached is a screenshot of the mentioned delivery from [redacted].
