Review: ive been having a issue with stray cats crapping on my common area lawn. This has been an ongoing problem for months. The heat has made it impossible to keep our doors open since the smell filters into my house. My homeowners assoc.has refused to call the animal control or give me any assistance at all.My neighbor and I have small children who can not go out to play because of the smell of cat droppings. please help . its getting unbearable to go out my front door or keep my front door openDesired Settlement: do the job im paying for them to do

Mr. [redacted] lives at Fara Estates HOA (homeowners association) that we manage and his complaint is in regard to stray cats that are in the common area. The issue on what is considered a stray cat is a sensitive one since many homeowners at this HOA have cats as pets and there is some liability in regard to trapping and removing pets. The board of directors for this association is aware of the issue and we are under their direction on how to proceed. The best way to have his issue resolved is to come to a board meeting and present his case to his board of directors which is elected by the owners (himself included). This has been explained to Mr. [redacted] along with the meeting schedule for the association which is always the 4th Thursday of every month at 6pm @ our office.
