The Management Team

I have recently terminated my contract with this management company due to some of her business practices and her continually writing bad checks to me on a monthly basis for rent after she spends the rent Now that I have changed companies she is refusing to pay me my April's rent that the tenant has already paid to her What kind of company would withhold rent from the owner of the property after the tenant has paid them? All I want is for her to pay me April's rent that the tenant paid to her as well as release the security deposit to the new property management company as well as the keys to my property which she is also withholding I do not feel that this is right and I feel that she has basically stolen from me by withholding rent that a tenant pays her to pay to me as the owner
