The Manan Group

The Manan Group manages my HOA, The *** of ***. The property manager, Mr. Ahmed E, does not respond to emails or phone calls as advertised. On his website he states he will contact residents the next business day. I have been calling him since April 2019, it is currently August 2019. I had a very dangerous situation with a neighbor and wanted to know if our HOA did meditations. I called Mr. E, I left a series of phone calls to inquiry of their assistance. The situation even escalated up to police and court involvement. It turns out that the HOA could not help. How did I find this out, of course I had to hunt him down with phone calls. Weeks after emailing, Mr. E acknowledged that he saw my emails and did not return the calls or direct me to other community agencies that could help. He informed me that he did not call because the lawyer was going to send me official correspondence with resources. That letter has yet to arrive. It is currently August and my next door neighbor has contracted a fence company and is preparing to build a fence. Our HOA Bylaws stipulate she must get my signature to proceed. I have reached out to inform Mr. E that she is attempting to usurp our HOA regulations and for assistance. I emailed him in June, July, and August. I have yet to receive any acknowledgement. It seems that responding to residents is not a priority for him.
