Furthermore, a worker specifically mentioned if I was unhappy with the purchase I could bring it backWhy would you say that if I couldn't return or exchange it?!

What does the 7 day mean? If there are no returns or exchanges. It is meant to question mislead consumers! Review: This complaint was written due to this companies return policy. It clearly states that returns could be made within 7 days. When returning the goods within that time period, the company refused. The goods were not used or open.Desired Settlement: This company did not follow their return policy. Purchased a bottle of very expensive scotch. The return policy specifically states full returns within 7 days. I returned it the next morning and they refused. Completely against what is written on the bottom of the receipt. (FYI the bottle was the exact form from when I received it).
