SUPER HAPPY with the great quality and value for the bedroom I bought from them. We got the best price in the area and delivery team was very helpful with everything. They even helped me move some other pieces without any extra charges :) Highly recommend them.

This was the second time dealing with The Mansion Furniture, and specifically Andres. During both shopping experiences he always responded quickly and was very attentive to my needs. My order was placed and delivered quickly and offered at a great price. You may not see what you want in the showroom, but they have access to many manufacturers and chances are they can get what you need.

The Mansion Furniture had the opportunity to do business with [redacted] and at the time of arrival unfortunately there was some issues with the furniture.  As [redacted]  stated, the base of the dining table arrived cracked. She was offered to keep the furniture as Christmas was just...

The Furniture was picked up directly from the manufacturer's warehouse which is located in [redacted], and was shipped to [redacted] where [redacted] resides. The freight company confirmed that the earliest they could deliver was by new year as a regular delivery takes 12-15 business days, and informed the customer. After reordering the living room set , the manufacturer advised the living room is out of stock and won't be ready for pick up until the end of January. We work with a third party to transport the furniture and after a claim is submitted a technician is sent to the customer's house to inspect and make a report on the furniture, due to the inspection of the furniture before putting the items in route and the days in transit it is not as easy to transport the furniture from one location to another in just a couple of days. After a technician visited the customer to inspect the furniture and after the photos the customer provided, it was determined she had minor issues with the furniture such as stains on the leather and some scratches. [redacted] was told that a new replacement for the dining base was going to be ship along with the missing crews and the handles for the bedroom set and a professional technician was going to take care of the other minor details. At no time, [redacted] was told she had to stay with furniture as is, as the Mansion Furniture was going to take action and resolve the issue. She was offered a professional technician to take care of the damages which the technician determined were minor and not complicated at all, however [redacted] refused to accept any touchups or repairs on the furniture that were not cracked or had any major issues even after the technician stated she was very particular about the furniture. Consequently, as a business that relies on customers we value our customers and work our best to keep every customer satisfY. We are currently working with [redacted] to select new sets and to ship all the items together at once.

furniture, however we had a set of leather sofa and lover seat on our display floor that  was on sale for less than half of the retail price because the set was repossessed from a customer that failed to comply with his contract. When [redacted] and his wife visited  our store the second week of April, the couple inquired about this set and were clearly told the set was impressively   less expensive because it was previously owned. They made a deposit of $200 in 04/04/2014  but they did not take the furniture home until 05/13/2014 when they made the final payment and not in 04/16/2014  as [redacted] claims in his complaint letter. Please see singed proof of delivery attached. Days after, [redacted] contacted the store stating the living room set they bought had bed bugs, we then advised we would send a technician to inspect the furniture  and the  specialist technician we hired  from  a general pest company visited his home  in 05/23/2014, attached is the form for you to review as well. The technician reported "no activity found for bedbugs." Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility of the items once they leave our store/warehouse unless is a manufacturer defect and [redacted] received his delivery free from any insect. We cannot take the risk of placing an infected piece of furniture  on our showroom to contaminate the rest,therefore  the set was sold free from bedbugs.

Review: yo compre unos sillones que la muebleria tenia en el lugar. I los compre pero me dijeron que los sillones los abian rrecojido de un cliente pero nunca me dijieron que podria tener chinches.I el dia 04/16/14 mi hijo salio temprano de la escuela I sedurmio en el sillon grande como alas 12pm y desperto como alas 4pm com en la espalda yo busque en la internet que podria ser esas ronchas y todo paresia que eran chinches yo me puse abuscar con mi lampara en los sillones.y encontre una chinche I la guarde para puebra yo inmediata mente me puse en contacto con la muebleria .I medijeron que le de jarian una nota al dueno no mellamaron I tuve que ir ala muebleria para esplicar el problema medijeron que era la primera bes que les pasaba esto.. les dije que yo no que ria esos sillones en mi apartamento ellos dijeron que no los lebantarian que buscara otro lugar donde llebarlos.

y que el lunes me mandarian una compania de fumigacion para mirar los sofas isi encontraba insectos me darian un rreenvolso y nunca llego la persona. yo pague tres pagos por los sillones el primer pago fue de $200 el 04/04/14 el segundo fue de $300 el 04/27/14 y el ultimo fue 05/13/14 de 420.50

Review: I ordered furniture from Mansion furniture in early November, it came mid December. With my order came white glove service(deliver and set up).Upon arrival as the delivery guys took it out the box the bedroom set was damaged - it was warped, dented, scratched, and rusted wherever there was metal/silver.The dining room was damaged- base was busted, cracked, broken, slightly dented, mix-matched chairs, discolored, not the color as stated or pictured online, not a solid one piece as shown online, and the hardware(screws etc) were missing.The living room furniture was damaged- the wood inside at some points has collapsed, stains were present on sofa, loveseat, chair, and the pillows.I asked that all the furniture be placed back on the truck and new furniture be sent out for replacement.The sales rep insisted I keep the dining room and living room furniture until the replacement furniture comes so that I can have a place to sit and to eat since Christmas was the next week. She would send the guys out to get hardware for the table and all of my new replacements of the damaged furniture would arrive before the new year.It is January 8, 2015. NO NEW REPLACEMENT FURNITURE HAS ARRIVE TO DATE. THE DAMAGED DINING ROOM SET IS STILL ON THE FLOOR OF MY DINING ROOM BECAUSE HARDWARE WAS UNABLE TO BE BOUGHT THAT DAY AND IT'S REPLACEMENT HAS NOT COME EITHER. MY NEW BEDROOM SET TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED SET I SENT BACK STILL HAS NOT COME YET EITHER.THE DAMAGED LIVING ROOM SET IS HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED EITHER.Desired Settlement: Refund for my dining room table as it is not as pictured as shown nor as written as online. It is suppose to be a beige/white/antique white and one smooth solid piece.Refund or replace of my living room and bedroom furniture so as long as the replacement pieces are brand new with no damages.

Review: I purchased a dinning room set in Feb 2013 it came with 6 chairs and one extra leaf. When I reieved my dinning room set everything was ok but stains and chips that were to be covered by the insurance that I purchased per 2 men that delivered it. In May I decided to put the leaf on for dinner and the table did not want to expand we noticed to was slightly worped . We used wd40 and finally slowly pulled apart. When we put the leaf in the table itself does not support the weight and and seemed to worp some more maning bent . We took a look underneath and one of the supporting woods that keeps the table together is detaching I called immediately they said to call the insurance co. and they tols me it sounds like a manufacture defect to contact Mansion Furniture. I have called over 15 times to have someone come out and look at it and no response. I have been told next week and that week never comes. My table is bending more and more I am unable to use it for my Sunday dinners with my family . I am tired of calling The Mansion furniture and have no response. [redacted] the one who should be contacting me back is never there when I call or out of town. I have called them as of May sent e mails with pictures and nothing. All I want is my dinning room table to be useful.Desired Settlement: I want the table to be fixed or exchanged

This letter is presented to respond to the claim [redacted] placed back in 07/30/2013. Mrs. [redacted] bought a 7 Pc Dining set in February 2013, customer reported there was damaged to the table as she was not able to use the extension leave because the actual table top was too heavy for the base to support it. Mrs. [redacted] bought an extended warranty and the warranty claimed they were not responsible for the defect, The Mansion Furniture then reported the claim to the manufacturer however, they didn't have the piece to do an exchange and had to re-order it and wait for the piece to arrive from China. When the piece finally came, we took care of the problem and offered the customer a $200 dollar reimbursement in compensation for the long wait. This claim has been resolved and the customer is satisfied. Mrs. [redacted] went back to our store and we had the opportunity to do business with her gain as she recently bought a set of mattress. One of my worst furniture buying at all, never buy from those guys if you work hard to earn your money. The lowest quality of furniture at all, they are scammers with sweet tune. I paid over 4k for a sofa set plus shipping, plus a 5 year warranty which turned to be another scam. I their pictures and description are totally different than what the furniture quality actually is. In less than nine months everything was upside down in the sofa set, cuts and raps everywhere in from the chair to the sofa to the love seat, the coffee table also had a pig whole at bottom of it. I called the company to complain after two months going forward and backward, they said sorry, call the warranty company. I called the warranty company, 3 week later they called me back asking for pictures, never heard from them since then. I called again no luck. I am not a kind of person who writes reviews, but this company they totally deserve to go out of business. I paid a lot of money, and received something that didn't worth 1/3 of what I paid. On top of that, I didn't not even get repairs or replacement from the warranty company that I was suppose to contact.

The whole experience was great. When we decided what bedroom set we wanted, andres was very helpful, friendly, and informative. He told us it would take 2 weeks for our bedroom to get there from California. We went on a Thursday and we got a call the following Saturday that our bedroom was ready to be delivered. The delivery guys were also friendly and got the job done fast. Everything went smooth. Job well done.
