I am rejecting this response because: I should not have had to call to get my Balance when, everyone else has the same access to their account that I do not haveYOU CANNOT take someone's money and then decide to apply to next month's rent w/o my consentIf it is my fault for over paying, then it is your fault for not making sure that I have an up to date ledger of my account balancesWhich I was told I have to requestThat is unacceptableI need my money refunded to me ImmediatelyAnd I will not need it applied to September's balanceThat is my right as a paying customer to have my money refunded back to meOnce again ImmediatelyAlso I am still waiting for a ledger for September.....I WILL NOT BE FORCED TO DO THINGS YOUR WAY AFTER you Unprofessionally made all the mistakes you have made thus farNo Thank you

***Thank you for allowing us to respond via email I have attached all documents pertaining to Ms*** *** This includes email documentation, legal documentation as well as a letter dated on 7/6/informing Ms*** that she will only be able to pay via money order moving
forward We have provided Ms*** with her ledger showing her that no funds were withdrawn from her account When an account turns over to “Certified Funds Only” we cannot even attempt to withdraw funds as they are not certified In regards to the $35, this overpayment was due to Ms*** not calling in advance to receive an exact amount due The $credit will remain on Ms***’ account for her to deduct from her September rent (this is stated in the email attachments) We appreciate your time and I hope that you have a wonderful afternoon.Kind regards,*** *** • COMMUNITY DIRECTORTHE MANSIONS AT STONE HILL*** *** *** *** *** ***
