first incident, the individual assumed we would suspend his membership while he was traveling without verbal or written expression, We refunded $131.14 for hls mistake.The second Incident covered a period of 6 months of membership that he bought for his girlfriend which overlapped the first incident. He claims that he told one of our sales associates that he only wanted one month, Our sales associate clairns that he doesn't recall handling the individual's transaction. Our receipt shows that he agreed to pay the monthly recurring charges with no further written negotiation.We understand that accidents happen and try to take care of Our member-based community to the best of our abilitles. The first refund was granted as an act of kindness and understanding of the stress his project was causing. This second incident was a blatant disregard for financial responsibility and our company should not be held liable for personal financial mistakes.
