Review: I saw [redacted] of The Manus Center on 1/7/for consultation, x-rays and diagnosisThis visit resulted in charges of $for the consultation and $for the x-rays with a total due of $At this initial visit, I paid a $co-pay and the rest was billed to my insurance carrier, [redacted]/**At the end of January, I received a bill for the full $as my insurance carrier had not yet paidI contacted the billing company for The Manus Center, [redacted] and they explained that the carrier had not yet paid anything so I was being billedThey had no record of the co-pay payment so I sent them a copy of the cancelled checkI checked with my carrier and they explained that the claim was still being processed so I paid the $by credit card since I had surgery scheduled for 2/8/The surgical procedure was performed on 2/8/for a cost of $2,My carrier has paid $for the 1/7/charges and $2,for the 2/8/chargesIn addition I have paid $co-pay plus $by credit cardI have over-paid $397land this has been verified by [redacted] but they only bill and cannot issue refunds - these must come from the doctor's officeI have been told they have advised [redacted] and The Manus Center and I have provided written copies personally to the doctor's officeIn May, I wrote a detailed letter and sent it priority with delivery confirmation - it was received at the doctor's office on 5/10/When I called and talked to the receptionist, I have been advised that all credits are handled by the bookkeeper and she only comes in after hours or on weekendsI have asked to be called, I have left messages but have never received a return call[redacted] now advises that they no longer handle [redacted] and The Manus CenterIn June their phone system is now manned by an answering service and you cannot talk to anyone directly and messages have not been answeredI have been due this refund for over days.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund check for the overpayment of $
