After reviewing all the details and email trails between client and salesperson; client was advised that the freight would be 8% of total invoice value and this is the freight policy on all project ordersThis order was proforma which means client has no account with us and he requires to pay the
order prior to shipping; which in turn he had received a confirmation of Invoice and order confirmation for approval prior to us charging any amount to his card.So client could have either argued freight charge or use his own freight company to pick up goods if he felt our charge was too high.It may seem high but on average due to high trucking rates with Unionized trucking companies for many shipments within New York and New Jersey, or tail gates requirements or High rise building waiting fees it has unfortunately become the average cost of shipping in these states.We have looked at our actual shipping invoice and our cost on this was $and we therefore will kindly re-imburse the client $and refund the card. We regret this inconvenience to the client and hope that this resolve the matter and hopefully next time he can negotiate freight at time of ordering. Best Regards*** ***CEO
