I am rejecting this response because:
The response fails to simply address the wrongs done by someone working at the Mark/ [redacted]/ [redacted], or offer some sort of corrective action to resolve the fraud. Rather, it seeks to hide behind their corporate lawyers. I have attached a (redacted) statement from the Mark to a government investigator that swears that I was never a renter at the Mark, nor did I ever apply to stay there. That statement is directly contradicted by the bogus documents that the Mark sent to their "collection agency", FCO, which states the exact opposite, and even seeks to collect "unpaid rent" to the tune of $3,830.
