As the attachment shows, we have made contact with the complainant and received confirmation that our package deliveries to his home have stopped. In the string of attachments we have electronic proof of reports with picture verification (dated 7/*/15-7/*/15-7/**/15) that no delivery was made to [redacted]. When we receive a stop delivery request we keep a record of the original call and follow up on it through the various levels of our company. Complaints Dept., Distribution Dept. and the Inspection Dept. All the history from origination is kept in a Trak System (database) and whatever is needed to correct the complaint is passed on to all of the Departments aforementioned. [redacted] will continue to make every effort to make sure that the complainant, [redacted] doesn’t receive more of our advertisements.
